1. Acceptance
By using the See Not website at seenot.buzz and requesting services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. These terms are binding between you and SEE ME NOT ASD, LLC.
2. Estimates and Contracts
Quotes valid for 30 days. A signed contract is required before installation begins. Change orders must be in writing. Deposits are non-refundable for custom-cut films.
3. Payment
Payment schedule defined in contract. Final payment due upon completion and inspection. Late payments incur 1.5 percent monthly interest.
4. Site Access
Client provides clear access to windows, working power, and parking for installation vehicles. Delays caused by site conditions may affect timeline and cost.
5. Warranty
Film manufacturer warranty applies. Installation workmanship warranted for 2 years. Warranty excludes physical damage, cleaning with abrasive materials, and unauthorized removal.
6. Limitation of Liability
Liability limited to contract value. Not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
7. Governing Law
Governed by Ohio law. Disputes in Franklin County, Ohio.
8. Changes
Terms may be modified. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
